Little Dunley Cottages - Maple

Teignbridge sits at the edge of Dartmoor, within reach of both moorland and the Devon coast. Little Dunley Cottages occupies 24 acres of countryside here, and Maple is one of its newer properties. Built in 2021, it's a single-storey cottage designed for two people, with everything on one level: an open-plan living and dining space, a kitchen, one bedroom with a super king bed, and a shower room. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen comes fully fitted for cooking. Heating is provided by a biomass underfloor system. What sets Maple apart is the private hot tub in your enclosed garden—seating five, though you'll have it to yourselves—along with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The grounds offer fishing (you'll need a licence), a shared tennis court, and electric car charging. Parking for two vehicles is provided. The property is non-smoking.

From here, Pixie Wood is nearby, Dartmoor and its free-roaming ponies are on the doorstep, and sandy beaches at Teignmouth are roughly twenty minutes away. Paignton Zoo, Crealy Theme Park and the Dart Valley steam railway are all within driving distance.
