Middle Wicket is an upside-down detached house in the Teign Valley, a quiet corner of Devon within reach of Dartmoor National Park. The layout puts living spaces on the upper floor—a sitting room with patio doors to a balcony, a kitchen with breakfast area, and a separate playroom—while bedrooms occupy the lower ground floor. One king bedroom, one double, and two singles sleep up to eight; there are two bathrooms. The whole property is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet stays free.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Outside, an enclosed lawn contains a private hot tub for seven, a sunken sandpit, and garden furniture for sitting out; a shed houses a children's pool table. There is covered parking for three cars. The house is not suitable for smoking.
From here you can reach Canonteign Falls in two miles, or venture further to Haldon Forest for cycling and woodland trails, Crealy Adventure Park near Exeter, or the coast at various seaside towns. Exeter itself has cathedral walks and a city centre; further afield, Plymouth's National Marine Aquarium and the Barbican are within a drive.
