Angie’s Beachside House

Haven Orchards Holiday Village sits on the Essex coast near Tendring, within reach of the East Essex Aviation Museum and a string of coastal walks. Angie's Beachside House occupies a converted boathouse on the seafront, where you have the run of the whole place with parking for two cars and one well-behaved dog welcome.

The layout splits across two storeys. Upstairs holds the living spaces and bedrooms: a ground-floor-style sitting and dining room with a smart TV and sofa bed, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Downstairs—originally the boat storage area—there's a games room with a pool table and dartboard, plus a shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, and the place has electric central heating throughout.

Outside, a terrace and garden with a barbecue are yours for the season, and you can use the wider facilities at Haven caravan park during opening months. The house is non-smoking. Summer sunsets over the water are viewable from the terrace; the surrounding area offers everything from sailing to seaside villages and straightforward beach time.
