You arrive at Rydal House to find a bright, spacious layout across two floors designed for groups. The ground floor holds a dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room stocked with appliances for serious cooking, and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a spa bath. Upstairs, the living room opens onto a balcony with sea views and a wood burner for cooler days. Five further bedrooms occupy this level, each with patio doors to their own balcony, and two bathrooms including another spa bath with shower over.

The property sleeps 12 across six bedrooms, with flexibility built in—several beds can be configured as singles or kept as super-kingsize doubles depending on your group. Ground-floor access means less mobile guests can manage comfortably, and the kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and multiple cooking appliances. Essentials like electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels come as standard.

Outside, a large lawned garden has a private hot tub for six, patio seating, barbecue and children's play area. You have private parking for four cars and access to a beach shared with only a handful of neighbouring properties. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. No smoking indoors.
