Point Clear View comes fully equipped for a self-catering break. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and microwave-oven-grill combination. A utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. Throughout the house you'll find bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating included, plus a welcome pack on arrival. The ground floor games room contains a pool table and dartboard, with a 42-inch smart TV showing Netflix available both there and in the main living area.

This three-storey detached house sleeps eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. The second floor holds three further bedrooms: a super kingsize and two rooms with single beds, two of which open onto a balcony. The second floor also has a shower room. The open-plan ground and first floor combines living, dining and kitchen areas, with patio doors leading to decking. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. Private parking accommodates three cars.

The coast lies roughly 200 yards away across the Haven Orchards Holiday Village. The nearby East Essex Aviation Museum and various water sports—fishing, windsurfing and kitesurfing—are in the area. No smoking throughout the property.
