Avondale

Avondale is a six-bedroom, three-bathroom terraced property in Tendring, close enough to the beach for a short walk and near Clacton-on-Sea's amenities. It sleeps twelve across beds ranging from doubles to a single, with one bedroom and its own shower room on the ground floor; the remaining five bedrooms are split between the first and second storeys. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The ground floor opens into a living room with a smart TV and electric fire, a separate sitting room without a television, and a dining room. The kitchen is set up for proper cooking—electric range, combi microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine—so you can prepare meals for the group rather than relying on takeaways.
