The Old Dairy is a single-storey converted barn on a working farm in Test Valley, between Andover and the Wiltshire border. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six guests, with the principal bedroom featuring a kingsize bed and ensuite shower. A sitting room with wood burner, electric kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and dining space make up the rest of the ground floor. The property sits beside open farmland where sheep and occasionally horses graze nearby.
A lawned garden with seating area and barbecue comes with the booking, along with parking for two cars on site. The pub at The Old Bell & Crown is within a mile. Andover town centre offers shops and facilities, while Winchester Cathedral lies an hour's drive away; Salisbury and its 13th-century cathedral are roughly 23 miles further on. Guests with an interest in history can explore Iron Age sites in the area or walk from the property into surrounding countryside. The conversion retains character without sacrificing comfort—bed linen, towels, wi-fi and initial logs for the stove are provided. No smoking is permitted indoors.

A delightful place for a wedding. Lovely areas to make the day special. Our Bride and Groom decorated it well. Good food was served. The place was clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking.

We used the old dairy for our wedding in May, we wanted a relaxed venue with one big space and this venue was exactly that! There is a beautiful big barn with lovely wooden beams, a copper bar and lots of space for dancing. The barn is almost a blank canvas, you can do whatever you want with the space, from decoration to flowers. It is completely dry hire, so you have lots of freedom with caterers, drinks ect. We got Martha Hollis to cater who were incredible and flowers from the amazing Wild Rose whitchurch. The owners Peridot and Jeremy are lovely and you can tell how much they care about provding a good service and experience, Peridot is very responsive and happy to answer lots of my questions! There is plenty of parking, a lovely outside canapy with tables, plently of green space for games and chatting. They also have a room included with the package and 7 rooms for staying pre and/or post wedding which was really helpful. Peridot and Jeremy also offer a full buffet breakfast after the wedding which was very appreciated by all our guests that were staying. Would highly reccomend this wedding venue, we loved the laid back and relaxed style

We had a wonderful experience photographing a wedding recently at The Old Dairy, from the moment we arrived we knew we would have a great day. Greeted by the owners who gave us a tour and showed us hidden areas perfect for capturing our couple photographs later in the day. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to venture to and beautiful opportunities to photograph.

Return visitor. Absolutely love it here, peaceful stay. Luxury accommodation comfy beds with stylish open plan living and well-kept gardens. Everything you need including a hot tub. Welcome hamper was great too, eggs, milk, cereal, bread and a few goodies too!
