Test Valley sits on the Wiltshire and Hampshire border, positioning you within reach of Winchester, Salisbury and the broader landscape of Wessex. The Old Bull Pen occupies a rural setting here—a converted barn on working farmland where sheep and horses graze in the adjoining fields. The property is a single-storey detached home finished in 2018, with everything on one level and arranged around a spacious, enclosed garden that looks out over the countryside.
Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize with en-suite shower, a double, and two singles. The second bathroom has a bath and shower cubicle. The open-plan living and kitchen area includes a dining space; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with oil underfloor heating. Outside, there's a sitting area, garden furniture and a barbecue, with parking for two cars on site. Smoking is not permitted.
Andover town centre, a couple of miles away, has shops and leisure facilities. The countryside around here is rich for exploring—Savernake Forest and various woodland walks are accessible from the property. Family attractions include Finkley Down Farm and the Museum of Iron Age. A pub lies within a mile.
