A canvas tent pitched high above the Test Valley offers an unusual mix of outdoor immersion and indoor convenience. Gambledown Farm sits on working agricultural land where guests can experience country life without abandoning basic creature comforts—the tent has a proper bathroom with hot shower, flushing toilet and basin, plus heating from a wood-burning stove for cooler months.

The layout spreads across one ground floor: a kingsize bed in the main sleeping area, two singles in a second room, and a double cupboard bed suitable for children in a third. The open-plan living space contains a sofa, dining table for six, and a kitchen with gas hob, running water and standard equipment for self-catering. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside there is a terrace, barbecue and firepit, plus parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is accessed via a rough track, and no smoking is permitted indoors.
