What diners say
Very tasty food! Can tell the pasta is fresh and the lamb was amazing too. Only gripe is the cacio e Pepe had whole peppercorns in which is supposedly how it’s done in Rome (?) but meant the bites weren’t great and had to be careful, tasted great though. Staff were great too. The music was interesting choice for a restaurant, kind of felt like was at a bar.

Fantastic little gem tucked away in Tooting/Balham. Lovely tasting modern Italian cuisine. I don’t often leave reviews but this place deserves the praise! Being a family owned business makes the experience more sentimental and we have been left with a lovely taste on our palette and money left in our wallets! Highly recommend

We went on a Saturday after 1pm. It was quite empty with only 1 table seated but the waiter didn’t let us seat at a 4 people’s table since we were only 2, pretending there’s booking. The starter with shrimp tartar was ok, not impressive but looks pretty in presentation. Seafood pasta was good, you can taste the shrimp in the sauce they cooked. We also ordered lamb dish with French Potato Dauphinois, the meat was perfectly cooked, very tender although I’ve tried better Potato Dauphinois somewhere else… tiramisu was disappointing, I can make better Tiramisu myself so not satisfied with their quality. Overall the dishes are fine, some better than others, nothing too bad but nothing was impressive. And in the end there were only 2 more tables being seated and no one had taken that 4 people’s table. Not sure I would be bothered to come back here 😒

Celebrated my husband’s birthday dinner here. It was quiet yet nice atmosphere. Giacomo was attentive yet knew when to give us space. We really enjoyed all of our meals: - Pate’ Di Fegatini Di Pollo Con Carasau, Cipolla Sottaceto E Pistacchi Tostati - Casarecce Ai Frutti Di Mare - Zuppone Di Mare As you can tell, we are fans of seafood and the sauce was delicious!😄 we shared everything and the antipasti, pasta and secondi were enough, to the point we didn’t have space for dessert. We’ll have to come back again to try their desserts!
