The South West Coastal Path runs through the area too, connecting to Shaldon along the cliffs. 6 Torwood Gables is a two-bedroom flat housed in what was once a school building, now converted and decorated with contemporary furnishings.

The ground floor holds an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with a TV and PlayStation, while a study sits upstairs alongside the two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with bunks. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer on site.
