Brixham's harbour sits at the heart of a working fishing town with cobbled streets, cafés and coastal walks. Fishlegs stands close enough to reach the waterfront on foot, a characterful three-storey cottage that keeps its original beams and period details while offering modern comfort throughout.
The ground floor holds a living and dining space with a woodburner and views towards the sea, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine. Upstairs, three bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors: one with a king bed, one with two singles, and a third double on the top level. The single bathroom includes a roll-top bath and separate shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A front patio faces the harbour; a rear courtyard offers shelter. On-road parking is available, and a permit for the public car park comes at additional cost.
The cottage suits families and couples alike, with space to spread across three floors. Note that it does not permit smoking indoors.
