Harbour View is a four-bedroom town house sleeping eight, set on a hillside with views across the harbour. The ground floor contains the kitchen—fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer—plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a double bedroom, and a shower room. Upstairs, the living and dining room opens onto a balcony; there's also a sun room with patio doors to a garden. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower are on the second floor. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and wi-fi are included, along with a cot and highchair if needed.

The property has private parking for three cars on site and an enclosed garden with furniture. The balcony and garden make good spots to sit out, particularly the south-facing garden which gets sun through the day. Union Square Shopping Centre is nearby for everyday supplies. From the house, it's a short walk downhill to the harbourside, where restaurants serve fresh fish and local produce, and casual spots offer oysters and shellfish. The coastal path connects to several beaches and coves, and Shoalstone's sea water swimming pool is accessible along the same route. The property is non-smoking.
