The kitchen handles everyday cooking with an electric oven and gas hob. Upstairs, three bedrooms accommodate six: a double with veranda access, a second double, and a bunk room. The single bathroom has a shower cubicle and bath. Heating, hot water, Wi-Fi and bed linen are all provided.

The enclosed garden is tiered and planted with fruit trees, with a covered veranda for outdoor meals and a barbecue for summer cooking. There's parking for one car on site and additional space on the road. One dog stays free. No smoking indoors.

The location works well for exploring South Devon's coast and towns—Babbacombe beach is roughly a mile away, and Torquay centre is nearby for shops and restaurants. Saint Marychurch itself is a quiet residential area. Families with younger children will find the small barbecue and garden space useful for self-catering holidays.
