Kinbrae Apartment is a two-bedroom first-floor property in Wellswood, Torquay, with on-site parking and direct access to what you need for a coastal break. The owners have equipped it thoroughly: a full kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and American fridge; two bedrooms with smart TVs and quality beds (a kingsize in one room, a zip-and-link super kingsize in the other that can split into twins); a living space with leather seating, fire-effect feature and entertainment system; and a walk-in shower room. Electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The apartment sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Meadfoot Beach lies within a short walk, as does Ansteys Cove. The surrounding area has restaurants, delis and independent shops within five minutes on foot. Babbacombe model village, Babbacombe theatre and Kents Cavern are all nearby. The Victorian building housing the apartment was originally known as Shearbridge and marks a local landmark: it was the birthplace of comedian and actor Peter Cook. No smoking is permitted inside.
