Longcroft House works for extended families, groups of friends, or multiple families wanting space without sharing. The five bedrooms sleep 12 across a mix of king, double and single beds, with four bathrooms spread throughout. One dog can stay free of charge. The Grade II listed villa sits in over an acre of grounds near Ridgeway Heights, with uninterrupted views toward the sea and enough parking for six cars on the drive.
The house divides across three floors. Downstairs holds two living areas with televisions, a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, and a games room with table tennis and darts. Bedrooms are on the first floor, most with their own ensuite. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; a travel cot, highchairs and stairgate are available if needed. The grounds have lawns, woodland and gravel paths to explore. Children need supervising in the garden at all times.
Torquay's seafront and attractions are within reach, but the setting itself is residential and quiet—the kind of place where groups settle in for a week rather than treat it as a base for day trips. Arrive after 3pm, depart before 10am. No smoking throughout.

A beautiful colonial building set in grounds overlooking the sea.High ceilings and all the graduer of a 19th centry building..Very large rooms and en suit bathrooms.Used to film a well known TV series.Very cool in high tempretures.Because of its structure. Although the entrance to the House is easy to miss. A Tree lined road in the more affluent parts of Torquay and very quite. Available to rent for a larger family you would have an amazing stay.
