Both bedrooms have televisions; one contains a zip-and-link super king bed (which can be split into two singles), the other a 4ft 6in double. The shower room and separate toilet sit off the hallway. A semi open-plan living and dining room looks toward the rose garden through an arched window, while the kitchen—recently fitted—includes an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, gas heating, bed linen and towels are all included. The front courtyard has garden furniture for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Meadfoot Beach and its café are within walking distance. The property does not permit smoking. An electric car charging point is available on site.
