Meadfoot Cottage works well for small families, couples, or friends looking for a compact coastal base. Two bedrooms—one with a super king bed, one with a double bunk and single—plus a sofa bed in the living room give flexible sleeping arrangements for up to five people. A single bathroom and shower serve the whole property, which is yours alone from arrival after 4pm until 10am departure.

Everything occupies the ground floor: a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge opens to a dining space; the living room has a smart TV and those additional sleeping options; both bedrooms and the shower room complete the layout. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. There's a back garden and parking for two cars, with room on the street for more. One dog stays free. The property is non-smoking.

Meadfoot Green and the beach itself are within walking distance, with coastal paths leading towards Anstey's Cove and beyond. The immediate area around Ilsham is quieter than central Torquay, though shops and restaurants are accessible nearby.
