Riviera View is a one-bedroom apartment on the first and second floors of a small development in Torquay, with views across Tor Bay towards the harbour. Everything needed for self-catering is provided: the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, while essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. The living space is open-plan across two levels, with a double bedroom upstairs (4ft 6in bed) alongside a bathroom fitted with both bath and shower cubicle, and downstairs a combined kitchen, dining and living area with a television and telescope.

Access involves stairs: 13 steps up to the front door, 10 internal steps down to the kitchen and living area, and further steps to reach the tiered back garden with its lawn and patio areas. A steep sloped pathway also connects the different garden levels. On-site parking for one car is allocated, and the location puts the harbour and town centre within easy walking distance. The property does not permit smoking, and is for couples only.
