Anstey's Cove, a sandy beach named in the Sunday Times Top 50 UK Beaches, is a six-minute walk away, and Meadfoot Beach is equally close. The seafront and harbour at Torquay itself are within easy reach, making the house a practical base for exploring the bay and its attractions. No smoking throughout.
