The Lookout 43

Brixham's working harbour and seafront draw visitors year-round, and The Lookout 43 sits a few minutes' walk from both. This two-bedroom cottage climbs three floors across a Victorian townhouse, sleeping four people in a kingsize and twin room, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs in the master, bay views stretch across the water; the twin on the top floor catches light through dormer windows and gazes toward the breakwater and sea.

The living areas centre on a wood burner and window seat on the ground floor, with a separate dining room for four and a kitchen fitted for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave and all the usual kit. Washing machine and dishwasher sit in the utility room. A terraced front garden faces the bay, while the rear courtyard is enclosed and furnished for outdoor meals, with a barbecue available. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the burner come with the booking. One dog is welcome. No smoking. Children under two cannot be accommodated.
