View Point

View Point is a ground-floor apartment on the edge of Torquay with views across the bay. It has two bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, and sleeps four. Both beds are zip-and-link super king size, configurable as singles if needed. The open-plan living and dining area has a smart TV; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are included. There is private parking for two cars and a patio with barbecue.

The property sits eight steps up from the street (with handrail), accessed through the owners' house. A shop and pub are half a mile away; restaurants are roughly a mile off. The sandy beaches near Babbacombe are two and a half miles away, and Torquay town centre—with the seafront, arcades, mini golf and Living Coasts marine zoo—is five minutes by car. The market town of Newton Abbot is ten minutes' drive away for inland exploring. No smoking is permitted inside.
