The property occupies a quiet corner of the Ratherton Estate near Bideford, within reach of Tamar Lakes and the North Devon coastline. Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom—the ground-floor room has twin beds and a shower, while upstairs the master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a spa bath and a separate walk-in shower. A sitting room with television and a well-equipped kitchen and dining space make up the rest of the layout, with French doors from the ground-floor bedroom opening onto a patio garden at the back.

The kitchen handles proper cooking, with an electric hob and oven plus a dishwasher and microwave. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One dog is welcome at no extra cost and can use the garden; on-site parking fits two cars. The property is non-smoking. Arrival is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
