Northam Rise

North Devon's coastline draws families and friends back year after year. Westward Ho, with its long sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coast Path, sits at the heart of it—and Northam Rise puts you within walking distance of both the shore and the village shops and cafés. A pub is less than a mile away.

The house spreads across three bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping six. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an oven and dishwasher to handle daily cooking without fuss. A sitting room gives you somewhere to gather on quieter evenings, while the enclosed garden and patio work well for children to play or for sitting outside with a morning coffee. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are all included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

On good days you'll be outdoors: swimming or surfing at the beach, following the coastal path, or exploring the village between visits to the sand. The house waits as a straightforward base to come back to, nothing fancy but properly set up for the rhythms of a seaside break. No smoking inside.
