The property sleeps 12 across five bedrooms and five bathrooms, split between ground and first floors. Ground floor has two bedrooms with ensuite showers and a kingsize bed in one, zip-and-link singles in the other; a living room with Freeview TV and French doors; a dining room with an electric woodburner; and a kitchen equipped for cooking. Upstairs, three more bedrooms with ensuites accommodate various bed combinations including a kingsize, zip-and-link arrangements and pull-out singles, giving flexibility for larger groups or families. Each room has a smart TV.

Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. There's on-site parking, a shared garden and terrace with barbecue, and a cot and highchair if needed. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking throughout.
