The Old Roundhouse

Everything needed for a group holiday is already here. The Old Roundhouse provides five bedrooms and five bathrooms, sleeping up to ten, with each bedroom having its own ensuite. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, dishwasher, and American fridge freezer. There are two living spaces—one on each floor—both with television and DVD players. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer means you can manage laundry during your stay.

The property sits on the edge of farmland near Bideford, with five acres of gardens, woodland and fields to explore. Entertainment beyond the grounds includes a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside, there is a private hot tub, enclosed garden with patio, BBQ and seating areas. Parking is available for four cars. The surrounding landscape is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and Hartland village—with shops, pubs and a coffee shop—lies a ten-minute walk across the owner's fields. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
