A traditional stone barn stands converted into holiday accommodation that holds onto its character while delivering modern comfort. Inside, the layout spreads across two floors: ground level holds three bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, plus a kitchen and utility space. Upstairs, the living room features a woodburner and doors opening to a Juliet balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking, with an Aga and full appliances; bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with initial logs for the fire.
The property sleeps six and sits in open countryside within a quiet village, three miles from Bideford. One dog is welcome. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and barbecue adjoins the cottage, with a separate games room and bike store on the grounds. A games room across the garden offers further space for families. Walking options range from the nearby South-West coastal paths to beaches at Buck Mills and Westward Ho!, the latter known for its golf course and family facilities. Exmoor National Park is within easy driving distance. Shops and fishing are both roughly five miles away. No smoking indoors.
