CBeebies Land, Alton Towers

Had a one night stay with a 1 & 3yr old. Rooms abao fantastic cannot fault them and fully air conditioned!! Big win. Friendly welcomes and easy checking inn process. Characters in the lobby at certain times with some fun interactive buttons and some mini cars absolutely brilliant, big win!! Shows are okay the thought is certainly there, restaurant for dinner and breakfast is big and the food is good. Slightly on the pricey side but little ones eat free, expect £20-35 for a main adults meal. £8 for a pint is cheeky though. Would recommend and definitely return! Constructive criticism would be a park local to the hotel entrance there's nothing external for the kids to do which is a shame some other hotels on the site have multiple parks but long way away.

We booked a 1 night stay, on arrival the reception staff were friendly. The room at first glance looked ok, the carpet at the side if the main bed were wet like they had been cleaned, this was obviously due to smell of faces what then appeared the morning after once the carpets had dried. My daughter who is 2 currently slipped on the bathroom floor resulting in a rather large bump, reception staff were more than helpful and called first aid who to be completely honest didn't really have a clue and gave us some calpol, no incident form filled out or even questions on how or why it happened. All the family was then struck down with the sickness bug whether it was from the food in the restaurant as that was not the cleanest or if it was the room.

The rooms are fabulous. Everything you could possibly need for your stay, bottle warmer, cot, baby bath, toddler toilet seat, toddler step, trunk bed option with bunks. The decor is so cute and colourful throughout the hotel and rooms. The staff are amazing. Friendly and fun. Only down side… the food. Bland and expensive. Plus side… you can order dominos pizza to the hotel 🍕

What a wonderful Place to walk into. The rooms you can not fault.. They have thought of everything possible that’s needed. However the bed were rock hard which meant we had a rubbish nights sleep for the next day ahead. I was in shock to find no where to buy full fat milk for the babies bottles. Apart from the bar and it was £1.50 per glass… We couldn’t bring the milk with us as we’re not local.. however the breakfast was amazing.. let’s hope the rest of the day is as amazing as the hotel looks. Absolute joke now we are at CBeebies land and now we’ve just found out the lunch isn’t included…. When we were told on the phone it was all included.. we called up I the car as no one seemed to know where we had to go.. to be told the places that we could eat that was included in our plan….. now to be told we have to pay for our lunch
