After having won the excellent fortnightly film quiz, I left my debit card and power bank. Went back the next day, and despite the busy period the staff took the time to help me find my belongings. Tip top customer service that is reflective of the high quality experience you can consistently get there. I can't remember names but it was two chaps who were on duty midday on Mon the 2nd of March.

Nice enough cinema to catch a film, they do morning showings and accept Meerkat codes so that makes them alright in my book. Good screen and sound, fairly comfortable seating, reasonable prices. There's a decent sized carpark outside, but I didn't use it after reading many horror stories about the operators scamming motorists.

Absolutely disgusting. Looks like the seats haven’t been cleaned for weeks. Tried to speak to staff but the lobby was a ghost town. Tried to complain online, was given an email and I’ve just been blanked for weeks. Food was expensive, drinks was expensive, and I felt rotten having to sit there. All seats were as bad as eachother. If you see this, trust me, just stick with odeon or something
