Had our car window smashed in the car park. There are only a few car parking spots allocated to the travelodge (around 10) and the rest belong to the rest of the retail park. Staff were friendly, but our AC kept turning off on its own. We were offered a fan but weren’t offered a different room. We paid for AC and it was during a heatwave, so a fan did not suffice. My parents also stayed here, in a different room, and their AC was working and the room temperature was lovely! So I’d say, if the AC is working and it’s not too hot of a day, the rooms are pretty good!

We had an amazing stay for just under a week. The rooms are spotless and well maintained, the staff are friendly beyond compare and the hotel is right next to the main transport links to Walsall and has loads of parking. Shops and restaurants are a moments walk from the entrance.

I hope this is the right name. Kelly on customer service was amazing. I was over in the UK due to my terminal ill mum. 4th July. Already head was not thinking straight. Had to move from the Beverley due to it's poor standard's. In rush to book another hotel made error in booking. Kelly pushed above and behond to not only help. But went out of her way to try fix a situation understanding my mind was not in a good place. She is what customer service should be. After spending years managing customer service. I would higher her in a second.

Hotel was advertised with air con it’s 33c the room is boiling hot the control panel is locked so I’m not able to adjust the temperature lower to actually be air con what it was designed for Lowest the temp will go is 18 I’m on the 4th floor so not only has the room got the heat from out side more all the heat in the building that’s traveled up The reception is unable to lower the temp her end as that’s the lowest it goes no fan in the room, it’s actually like being in an over What’s the point advertising air con when you don’t have it you’d been better advertising a sweat box at least it would have been true
