Bohemia Cottage

Bohemia Cottage is a converted barn set within 9 acres of grass and woodland in Wealden. The building was once used to house working dogs; now it offers a bright, open-plan layout with a double bedroom downstairs and a mezzanine sleeping area above the sitting room that fits two more guests. A shower room and separate toilet and sink complete the facilities. One dog stays free, and you're welcome to explore the wider grounds and woods with them.

The cottage is yours alone, with ground-floor living space leading onto a private courtyard garden and small decking area. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with private parking for two cars. A pub lies within a mile. The hosts live separately on the property but are on hand if you need anything. There are steps within the grounds, and smoking is not permitted.

Ten minutes' drive reaches Tunbridge Wells; London is roughly an hour away. The sitting room overlooks the surrounding grounds—deer occasionally pass by—and you can relax here or use the barbecue and garden furniture outside.
