The Chalet

The Chalet sits at the quieter end of a private garden in Frant, a village surrounded by the kind of landscape that draws walkers out most weekends. Local pubs are within reach, and the mainline railway station opens up Hastings and Eastbourne to the south or London further afield. Penshurst Place, Bewl Water and Scotney Castle all lie within reasonable driving distance if you want a day out.

This one-bedroom property is arranged on a single level, with everything you need in an open-plan layout that feels spacious despite its compact footprint. The bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV; the kitchen is properly equipped for cooking; and the walk-in shower is newly fitted. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside, a south-facing patio with furniture, a patio heater and barbecue looks over a lawn, and there is parking for one car on site. One dog is welcome to stay free, and the owners keep dogs themselves.

No smoking inside the property. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
