Drove 40 minutes to visit here and was extremely dissatisfied. The big slide was open for exactly 13 minutes of the 2 and a half hour session, we waited 40 minutes for food and 45 minutes for slush puppies. If it was busy I could understand the wait on the food but it wasn’t that busy considering it’s the school holidays, children constantly asking staff when they will open the big slide to then be told in a bit all the time. The toddlers area was over run with older kids making it dangerous for my 2 year old to play in. We went with 4 children a 9 yr old, 7 year old 5 year old and 2 year old and between the unsafe of the toddlers area and the closed big slide we were completely disappointed and will not be returning, would definitely not recommend to anyone!

A really nice soft play. Feels nice and modern, the theme is lovely and the decor is beautiful. Lovely and clean too, one of the cleanest I’ve been to (and we are soft play regulars lol). Equipment is good and the soft play frame itself is pretty decent. We had lunch here and the food was absolutely delicious - not dissimilar to something you would order when out for lunch. The big slide wasn’t open - not an issue for us as our kids are too young anyway. The one and only thing which was quite a let down for us was that the areas were not monitored. We have a one and two year old so we accompany them around but there were MANY bigger kids crowding up and taking over the ‘under 3s’ area. I’m not penalising the business over the behaviour of individuals, however, one of the bigger kids tried to push over my two year old and it just shouldn’t have been possible. I will likely return, perhaps on a term time weekday, so the bigger kids are at school.

We had such a fantastic time here! The entire experience was better than expected, which is always a great surprise. The staff was super helpful, and the climbing itself was really enjoyable. We highly recommend this spot and are already planning our next visit. We will definitely return!

What a posh soft play! Positives;- * Really cohesive and detailed decor of the soft play * impeccably clean * reasonably priced entry which wasn’t timed. * Good adult and children’s food menu with if anything a bias towards the parents tastes which is nice. *large soft play area so your kids will have lots to discover and won’t get bored too soon. * background music at a reasonable level. Negatives;- * only cheese scones (I love any kind of scone except cheese) I did enquire if there were any other options and was told he only made one type. If wouldn’t be that much trouble to make two different types. * I gave feedback to this and was informed by the round man serving me “that he wasn’t the chef” not a brilliant response. Still will be happy to visit again
