Sunrise Cabin
West Berkshire
Photo: Google Maps
Sunrise Cabin sits in open Berkshire countryside where the ancient Ridgeway passes through. Walking and cycling routes radiate from the property, and the surrounding landscape attracts red kites, deer, hares and foxes. A traditional village with pubs lies within a mile. The cabin itself is a single-storey conversion, arranged entirely on the ground floor with four steps up to the entrance.
Inside, the space combines living, dining and kitchen in one area, with patio doors opening onto a large garden terrace. The bedroom holds a king bed; the wet room has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and a hot-tap kettle. Underfloor heating runs through the bedroom, living space and bathroom. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is also a welcome pack and on-site parking. An electric car charging point is available at cost. Smoking is not permitted.
The garden terrace is the main draw—furnished, with a firepit for evening use and views across the fields. The location suits walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and anyone wanting to escape without travelling far from major roads. The skies here are notably dark at night.
