You enter Hollyhock through a garden sitting area into a combined living and dining room with two sofas, a woodburner and Smart TV. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. One bedroom contains a double bed, and there's a shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The whole place is yours alone, on the lower ground floor with direct access to a front garden where you can sit outside or use the barbecue. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with fuel for the woodburner.

Tavistock town centre is walkable from here, with independent shops, the weekly pannier market, cafes and restaurants. The edge of Dartmoor National Park is nearby for walking and cycling. Parking for one car is on site, and there's an electric vehicle charging point. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not allow smoking.
