Old Stable Cottage

Okehampton sits on the edge of Dartmoor, surrounded by moorland and walking country. Old Stable Cottage is a converted barn set within four and a half acres of grounds with woodland on the property, offering a quiet base for exploring West Devon without feeling remote from amenities. The nearest shop is about a mile away.

The cottage sleeps six across three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs there's a living room with a woodburner and smart TV, a dining room, a kitchen with electric cooking and a dishwasher, and a shower room. Upstairs is the main bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen opens onto a patio; the back garden has seating and a barbecue, and a woodland walk leads to a covered outdoor kitchen area on the grounds. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. During the summer season from May bank holiday through September, guests can use the shared swimming pool (10m × 5m) and sauna elsewhere on the site. There is parking for three cars on site. No smoking inside the property.
