The Farm House

The Farm House is a three-bedroom property sleeping seven on the edge of Okehampton, with direct access to 4½ acres of grounds that include woodland. A swimming pool and sauna are shared facilities, available from the May bank holiday through September. The house itself is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Downstairs there is a living room with a wood-burning stove and Smart TV, a separate dining room, a kitchen equipped for cooking, and a toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower, two with double beds—plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, as is the initial fuel for the wood burner. On-site parking accommodates three cars, and there is a garden with seating and a barbecue.

The location suits families or small groups wanting access to Dartmoor without being in a town centre. A local shop lies about a mile away. No smoking is permitted in the property.
