The Threshing Barn

The Threshing Barn is a one-bedroom conversion on a working farm near Okehampton, with access to a heated swimming pool and sauna shared across the site—both open from May bank holiday through September. The single kingsize bed sleeps two; there's a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The living space is open-plan, with a kitchen containing an electric cooker and hob, a dining area, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and wood burner (initial logs included). Double doors from the living room open onto a balcony.

Everything essential is covered: heating, power, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. Out the back, a seated garden area with furniture and a barbecue faces out toward the surrounding countryside. One parking space is provided. The approach involves five steps. No smoking is permitted in the property.

The location suits anyone wanting quiet countryside close to Okehampton, with woodland nearby and the wider Dartmoor landscape beyond. The site can accommodate larger groups using the other properties available.
