Sherrill Farm Holiday Cottages - Sherrill Farmhouse

Sherrill Farmhouse is a converted farmstead in West Devon with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, sleeping up to 22 guests. The whole property is yours alone, making it ideal for large family gatherings or group holidays. Two full kitchens—each with electric cookers, microwaves, dishwashers and substantial fridge-freezer space—mean cooking for a crowd is manageable. A woodburner in the living room, bed linen and WiFi are included; heating and electricity are covered too.

The layout spreads across ground and first floors. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize and two singles with an ensuite wet room; bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a kingsize with ensuite bathroom (one with a bath and shower cubicle, the other with a bath); bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 provide single beds for additional guests, with a shared bathroom on the first floor. A second living room with a sofa bed offers flexible sleeping or quiet space. A utility room provides a second preparation area for large groups.

Outside, a private hot tub and sitting area with garden furniture are on-site. The property has its own parking for three cars. Guests also have access to shared facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, all-weather tennis court, small gym, games room and children's play area. The farmhouse sits within 16 acres of Devon countryside, convenient for Dartmoor and exploring the wider region. No smoking throughout. One dog is welcome.
