A very good gym with most of the equipment needed for a complete workout. They have a wide range of free weights, resistance machines and plenty of treadmills. The gym is spread over two floors, with both cardio and resistance equipment available on each floor. The swimming facilities are also good. The main pool and children’s pool are clean, and there is also a sauna. The sauna can get busy, so it is best to book in advance. The main drawback is that the showers are far too hot. They are fixed at one temperature, with no option to lower it. This is uncomfortable for adults and particularly concerning for young children. This issue needs to be addressed.

Nice little space, free parking for 30 mins (for hillingdon residents), decent size pool with lanes, a smaller pool for kids and a toddler area. The gym is also well equipped and they offer various lessons, including gymnastics. It is right next to the library, which has Internet PCs, magazines and reading areas. I just wished that the changing area/ locker space was cleaned more regularly and pool rules were enforced for everyone regardless. Access should be provided with some firm of id, so that bans can be enforced.

This Centre has Decent facilities with mixed experiences. Has a pool, gym, sports halls, and classes like yoga and Zumba. It can get crowded during peak hours. Very nice to play Badminton here and had a great time.

It was larger than I thought! It was not too busy at 3pm. Lots of staff around and they looked happy! There was a shortage of showers and I was worried about overstaying in the car park. Customers need to be aware of that and allow more time. The sauna and pool was spacious and quite clean. No complaints from me and I will definitely be going back!
