It is not too big but friendly park to spend a short time with the kids or friends. It has very lovely atmosphere, nice walking paths, playground for the kids, open air tennis-court and a 2in1 football ground/basketball ground, but it is so small, you can walk around in 10 minutes.

I went into the park walking my dog this morning and there was rubbish nearly every where even in the tennis courts and the little children's area. I am a volunteer litter picker I actually came back and got my bag and pickup tool. I picked up nearly a bag full of rubbish. I saw several people and they were all saying they are getting fed up with the rubbish. It never used to be like this. I'm wondering if it is because the park used to be locked up in the evenings and it isn't now. Also there are some tree branches on the pavement which haven't been cleared up. It's a shame because this can be a lovely park and I have been using it for around 35 years I used to bring my children when they were little then my dogs.

Lovely big park to walk around, good playground area with lots to do. Had tennis courts lots of benches and areas to sit and relax.
