The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, draws walkers and explorers to its rolling countryside and market towns. Ash Farm Barns – The Loft sits on a working farm on the edge of North Willingham, within easy reach of Market Rasen and its racecourse, plus Horncastle's antique dealers and Louth's Georgian streets. The farm itself has a private coarse fishing lake, and the grounds are landscaped with sitting areas and woodland walks.

The Loft is a converted barn sleeping four across two bedrooms – a double and two singles – each with its own ensuite bathroom. Everything is on the first floor. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a woodburner for cooler evenings and a television for downtime. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a shared laundry room on site.

A large private garden with courtyard and patio furniture comes with the property, and there is parking for two cars and a bike store. The farm grounds include a pond and water features, so families with young children should be aware of these. Non-smoking only. The nearest shops, pub and restaurant are about four miles away.

Love love love this place! Stayed a few times in different apartments and each one is adorable and charming with all the mod cons, dishwasher etc, and some of the cottages have real wood burner which is just adorable in the winter! Would 100% recommend

We stayed in the Old Dairy, the smallest of the buildings. It may be the smallest but there is plenty of room. A large central room divided into a lounge with wood burner and a kitchen diner. At each end is a bedroom. A double with an en suite and a twin with a very spacious wet room. It is well appointed in all respects. The privancy and peace and quiet are fantastic. Bring a torch if you need to go outside at night as there is no light polution to brighten your path. :) Market rasen is a short car ride away for any groceries, petrol etc. Attractions such as the Special Edition Chocolate factory, the Ice cream shop and a farm shop and the Kings head pub are all very close and highly recomended; many of the features in Lincolnshire which you may wich to visit are all within easy distance. This is a place I would like to return to. Many thanks for a very special holiday.
