Red Oak Barn

Red Oak Barn is a converted barn built to sleep ten across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and smart TV. Four have king beds; the fifth has two singles. The ground floor holds the main living spaces—a sitting room with a 52-inch screen and woodburner, a dining area, and one ensuite bedroom. Upstairs are four more ensuite bedrooms. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with logs for the woodburner supplied.

The barn sits on a quiet country lane near Dunholme Cemetery, about five miles from Lincoln's centre. It stands on grounds with fishing access (licence required), a sheltered courtyard, and a large garden with furniture and a barbecue. The highlight is the private hot tub, which seats ten. Parking is available for seven cars. The property is entire to yourselves; smoking is not permitted. Nearby attractions include Lincoln's castle and cathedral, Perry's Aquatic Centre, and a 50-acre nature reserve down the lane for walks and birdwatching. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, though it's worth noting there are unfenced water features on the grounds—a lake 550 yards away and two ponds.
