Holly Tree Barn itself occupies a private country setting, arranged around its own courtyard with a sheltered garden, large lawn, and a hot tub that seats ten. The property sleeps ten across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV. Ground floor offers an open-plan living space with woodburner, dining area, and kitchen equipped for full self-catering, plus two bedrooms with wet rooms. Upstairs are three more bedrooms—one with a bath and shower over, two with shower cubicles—and all bedrooms have king or single beds depending on the room.

You get the use of the whole barn to yourself, with electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and logs for the woodburner all included.
