West Lindsey sits between Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds, with Gainsborough at its heart—a market town with plenty of independent shops, pubs and restaurants within a mile of Hill Crest Lodge 2. The lodge itself occupies a single ground floor, making it straightforward for anyone with mobility considerations. Everything you need is here: a double bedroom, a second room with two singles, a shower room, and an open-plan living and dining kitchen. An electric cooker, fridge and microwave let you prepare meals; a 42-inch smart TV provides entertainment on quiet evenings.

What sets this apart is the private hot tub, positioned so you can soak while looking out across the Trent Valley. The enclosed garden has patio seating and furniture. Parking for two cars and a bike store sit on the property. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; a welcome pack arrives on arrival. The lodge takes four people—couples and small families are the natural fit, though a travel cot and high chair can be requested if needed. No smoking throughout.

From here, Lincoln's cathedral and castle are 14 miles away; Market Rasen races and the Wolds are roughly 20 minutes' drive. Hemswell, just outside the door, is known for antique and collectable hunting. After a day exploring the county, the quiet of your own space and a soak in the hot tub make for a straightforward return.

We have had a long wkend away with friends, the place its self is nice, hot tub lovely, but myself & friends stayed in the caravan which were way too hot, the mattress were boney, sqeeky floors, FILLED WITH FLIES. 2x cans fly spay. Not very much to clean up with. Crumbs do end up on floor with only a hand brush & pan. After spraying the files all wkend they were laying around. Spoiled it a little. We would come again if it were more equipped with fly strips, larger dust pan & brush. Carpet sweeper. Simple things in life

Absolutely lovely stay. Brian the owner is such a helpful and friendly guy. The lodge itself was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculately clean. You could tell Brian had included everything that he could think of that you could possibly need. Lovely touch including breakfast bits sausages, bacon, eggs, fresh orange. We’ve stayed at lots of different lodges/caravans/pods etc over the years and nobody else has ever done that! Beautiful views from the hot tub. Would 100% recommend :)

Stayed here twice now. Sept 2024 and May 2026. (Lodge 2). What an amazing stay and an amazing host (Brian Everatt). Can't wait to come back next year.
