Moorview Lodge

Kingham is a quiet Cotswold village with a pub within walking distance and easy access to the surrounding countryside. Moorview Lodge sits as part of a small cluster of holiday properties, a former stable that has been restored to combine period features with contemporary convenience. The whole place is yours alone, sleeping up to five guests across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Inside, the layout centres on a spacious open-plan living and dining area with an open fire, sofas and an extendable table. The ground floor has one bedroom with a flexible layout and accessible shower room; upstairs, two further bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers. A fully equipped kitchen is backed by a separate utility housing a washer-dryer. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Underfloor heating and double glazing keep things comfortable, and water pressure is strong throughout. The private terrace garden faces south with views across fields, bordered by Cotswold stone walls.
Beyond the lodge itself, you have access to shared facilities at the adjoining Kingham Lodge—a heated swimming pool, Turkish hammam and five acres of landscaped grounds. There is parking for two cars directly in front; a third space can be arranged nearby. The property does not permit smoking. Families with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available.
