What visitors say
Went to see Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die at High Wycombe and the whole experience was ruined by the ultra dark projection there. Everytime there was a night scene, and there were a lot, you just couldnt see anything, and the daylight stuff was gloomy, second time this has happened. Wanted to get my money back but couldnt find anyone who could help!!! Wont be coming back..

I had a very disappointing experience at Cineworld High Wycombe today around 5:30 PM. I was served by a young woman with dark hair who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I explained that I hadn’t received a confirmation email for my ticket and asked if she could check my booking. At first, she told me there was nothing she could do. Only after insisting did she reluctantly check, claiming my name wasn’t in the system — which turned out to be incorrect, as the booking was under my email. When ordering food, I asked about prices and she dismissively pointed at the board, without any explanation. Before I even had a chance to properly look, she impatiently asked if I was ordering. She also misheard my order and charged me for the wrong items. When I asked her to correct it, she argued with me instead of resolving the issue professionally. Eventually, I had to request a refund and reorder everything, and she continued serving me with a very unpleasant attitude. The lack of basic customer service skills and respect was shocking. It left a very bad impression, and I will definitely not be returning to this cinema anytime soon. If I can I will score 0 stars

When we entered there was 1 person on the tills and 4 members of staff just standing together talking by the screen doors. After waiting 5 minutes to be served, we walked over to the other members of staff to scan out tickets, i said “hi” and got ignored. The customer service is extremely poor from the staff. If it was busy, i would understand a bit, but it was completely empty, and the staff seem to be more concerned about the conversation they were having amongst themselves, rather than the guest experience. The screens themselves are very outdated, the chairs are uncomfortable, and there was a light constantly flickering throughout the entire movie. Next time i’ll go to omniplex in Cressex, staff are actually alive, and the seating is actually comfortable.

A clean well laid out entrance.staff friendly.facilities very clean I did find the film volume very slightly loud but not too loud to spoil experience. I'm not overly keen on cinema s but felt very comfortable And enjoyed it. Deserving of 5 stars.
