Had a really awful experience here on Saturday. We’ve been coming here for years since it’s been open and it’s been steadily getting worse.. When booking we were prompted to pay more for ‘VIP’ booking - apparently more space and a better experience. In actuality this is the area that the site uses for parties and when we arrived the kids party that was going on had overrun and we couldn’t get in for 10 minutes. When we did get in they hadn’t cleared the seats or tables of spills, cups and food. Then they host the kids meal part right next to the ‘VIP’ lanes so we had young children running in and out of our lanes. I don’t blame the kids since they were under 6 but no staff were present and the venue was clearly over capacity - don’t book out these lanes! Even better - our lane was blocked by stuck balls but we couldn’t get staff to remove them for more than 15 minutes and had to ask at the desk twice before they came to help and start our game. As the icing on the cake literally 5 minutes after our supposed ‘end time’ a staff member appeared to rush us off the lane because ‘people were waiting’ - despite the delays we had experienced. Genuinely cannot recommend this place less

The staff were generally very helpful - the lady looking after our party couldn't do enough for us. A good range of food and drink. There were a couple of balls stuck in the gutter which hadn't been cleared. When are they going to fix the toilets?! The toilets have been in the same state of disrepair for years (ladies). We found only 2 of the doors would actually lock or even close! Is there no right to privacy? Please get it sorted whoever management are!

Went there for a party great fun with the team at work , we booked in advance and we had a chance to stay in the VIP area which was nice to be separated . This are can fit around 24 persons ! Staff was helpful and try to make us very comfortable and served us quickly. Loads of other games to play around like pool and arcade games . Definitely we will return as we all had fun.
