Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; parking is available on site, and one pet is welcome. The enclosed garden at the rear offers space for sitting outside.

Morland sits in countryside within reach of both the Lake District and practical transport links: Penrith station and the M6 motorway are each around 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Walks are on the doorstep—the surrounding lanes are quiet, and Morland Beck runs through the village. Ullswater, with its boat trips and waterfall walks at Aira Force, is accessible for a day out, as are the busier lake towns of Keswick, Windermere and Ambleside. No smoking indoors.
