Guests have shared access to a leisure building next door, which includes a sauna and games room available for private booking. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The house does not permit smoking. It is positioned to reach Kendal, Windermere and Ambleside, making it suitable as a base for exploring the Lake District.
